Terms and Conditions
All bookings for workshops, classes, and events are confirmed only after payment.
• By registering, you agree to follow the rules of the event/class.
• Misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of our guidelines may lead to removal without refund.
• All content (photos, videos, choreography) shared during classes/workshops is owned by Gaurav & Yana and cannot be reproduced, recorded, or distributed without permission.
Privacy Policy
• We respect your privacy. Any personal information (name, email, phone number, payment details) collected is used only for bookings and communication.
• We never sell, share, or misuse your data.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.
• You may contact us anytime to update or remove your personal details from our system.
Cancellation and Refund
• Workshops & Classes: Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
• You may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
• If an event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or option to attend a future event.
• Merchandise: Damaged or defective products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery (must be unused and in original packaging).
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days.
Shipping and Exchange
• Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times depend on your location and courier services.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs.
• Exchanges are allowed only for damaged/defective products, reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
